“What’s the point of somebody just telling me what my goal is? I want to work through it together.” Using MCP servers and a custom coded agent, Coach was able to connect data from performance reviews, shout outs, and peer feedback. 

I led the design for an AI coaching experience embedded directly in Culture Amp's development plan creation flow. The cross-platform work reframed how the team measured success, created new scalable patterns for interacting with the AI Coach, and improved how design and AI teams work together.
